Firstly heat a kadhai then add a pinch of hing after that add chopped onions saute them well.

Meanwhile, on another pan shallow fry, the potatoes boiled and take off. Keep aside.

Take a bowl add1 cup curd beaten then add all masalas, salt as per taste and sugar then pour it into onion mix it very well cook for a while after that add water and close the lid.

When the gravy became thick then add shallow fry potatoes stir it to add dried Kasuri methi.. Cook for a while and it's ready.
