Steps

Soak the soya badi in water for 15-20 mins

After 15-20 mins take out the soaked soya badi.
Crush it with your hands in terms to take out excess water - 3
Than grid it in the mixer

After grinding add Besan, onion, salt, green chili, red chilli and finely chopped coriander to the soya badi and make the batter with the consistency of pakora
- 5
Than fry it in low medium heat and serve with green chutney or sauce.
