Naan bread

Josip Vu

I don't eat a lot of bread so it usually goes stale and I have to throw it away. That's why I started making Naan bread. They are easy and fast, you can make them ahead and store them in the fridge and bake piece by piece, depending how much you need. They'll be always warm and fluffy and it takes a minute or two to bake them. Also I often recycle them as a quick pizza dough. My wife and I really love them and can't imagine our week without them anymore.

  2. 2

Tip it out on a floured surface and divide it in three parts. At this stage you can store each part in a separate lightly floured container and store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
Divide the bigger piece into 4 smaller pieces.
