I was on a diet that required vegetable broth, and I had no idea how to make it, even though it sounds simple. Honestly, I didn't know 😝. So I gave it a try, and guess what? It turned out great! Here's the recipe.

I was on a diet that required vegetable broth, and I had no idea how to make it, even though it sounds simple. Honestly, I didn't know 😝. So I gave it a try, and guess what? It turned out great! Here's the recipe.

Blend the two tomatoes with one garlic clove, the piece of onion, and salt and pepper to taste. In a large pot, drizzle a little olive oil and heat it up to season what we blended for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Now add the carrot, zucchini, chayote, and cabbage with enough water. Let it cook until the carrot is soft, about 20-25 minutes.

When the carrot is soft, your vegetable soup will be ready!
