Garlic Butter Chicken Bites is a tasty and quick recipe that can be prepared within 10 to 15 minutes and perfect for a mid-week quick dinner. Boneless Chicken cubes are seared in Butter and then cooked with Garlic,Onion and green and red chillies.

Marinate chicken pieces for 10 minutes with vinegar,1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp garlic paste and cornflour. Meanwhile chop onion and mince garlic finely.Slice capsicum.Heat 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil and sear marinated chicken on high heat.Flip when one side is golden brown. Set aside.

Add another tablespoon butter to the remaining oil and fry minced garlic till light brown.Add onion and fry till translucent.Then add the pan seared chicken and few sliced capsicum,1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic paste and salt to taste.Toss all till well mixed and add 1/2 cup chicken broth by boiling few chicken pieces with bones and 1/4 th tsp salt to taste. Strain and add this broth to the garlic chicken and boil till gravy coats chicken.

Sprinkle mixed herbs,dry or fresh parsley, red and green chillies, chilli flakes and finely chopped coriander.Skip adding chilli flakes if you want it less spicy.Lastly sprinkle 2 tsp lemon juice and stir to combine. Serve hot as a side dish with mixed veg fried rice or noodles or as a quick and easy appetizer at parties or at a special family get together.
