Cut the edges of bread and roll it out on a flat clean surface

Fry your sausage and cut it into two.

Add the sausage to the flat bread and roll it.

Dip the bread in egg and then to the bread crumbs.

Strain and allow it to cool.

Enjoy with hot tea or as you wish.. bon appetit 😋😋

Fry it until golden brown.
