Homemade millet couscous😍 (dambu, daakkere, burkina,)

I love fura da nono but i prefer dambu to fura. So i always buy it in the market or freeze my fura and crush it 😁just to get the dambu texture and look.
But thank God I'm buying dambu no more😁

Steps
- 1
Mix the millet powder with water, to get a crumb like texture
- 2
In a large pot, add 4cups water and put a metal sieve inside the pot, add another sieve on top of the first one,
- 3
Pour the mixture into the sieve and close the pot and let it steam for 45min minutes on medium heat.
- 4
Use a clean spoon to stir the dambu after 20min. The color will look darker when it's fully done.
- 5
When done, remove from heat and let cool down and enjoy, with milk, or yogurt 😋 😋 😋 😋
- 6
Store in the refrigerator for later usage..
