Masala papad

Masala papad is a quick and crispy starter. This recipe is not deep-fried in oil.
Steps

In a large mixing bowl add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Mix everything well.

Heat a Tawa add little oil and place the papad. Roast the papad from both sides till it's golden brown and crispy.

Place the papad on a serving plate and spread the prepared mixture.
- 4
Sprinkle sev, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and garam masala.
- 5
Serve masala papad immediately.
