Mash ki daal ko Kam se Kam 3 se 4 ghanty bhigo dain.pani nikal Dena hai
Daal achi terha dhho lain, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 chhota sa piece ginger, 1/2 teaspoon zeera aur 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 tsp gram masala daal kar daal ko pees lain. - 2
Ab 1/2 teaspoon baking soda add kerke achi terha mix karen aur half hour ke liye rakh dain.
Ek br phir mixture ko mix kerke badon ko medium stove pe fry Karen, light golden brown hone tak pakayen.(deep fry in medium to high hot oil) - 3
Tip for freezing:
kitchen towel pe nikal kar thanda kar lain, jab thanday ho jyen zip lock bag ya air tight container main daal kar freeze kar dain.
jab bhi dahi baray banane hun, baray freezer se nikal kar directly hot water main soak kar dain aur dhakan dhak dain. phir squeeze kar ke achi terhan, dish main rakhain. - 4

For chutney or dip of dahi :
I take two to three red chilli, garlic clove,salt and a clove then make a paste out of it mix this paste in yoghurt and dip the soaked baras in it enjoy with imli ki sonth papdi make out of left over ya cutting from samosa and roll wraps and chat masala keep remembering me in your prayers - 6
