In a bowl take mustard oil.Add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Now add Kasuri Methi, Garam Masala Powder, Besan

Add curd into the bowl and mix well now add cube capsicum and cube onion

And mix well.... Now add Paneer Cubes add salt to taste and mix well

Make a whole in centre and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes we will remove the cover.

Place a silver foil on the centre now place a burning charcoal now add 1 tsp butter or mustard oil

Cover with lid for 2 min and to get a smoky flavour.After two minutes open the lid Remove the charcoal

Heat oil a nonstick pan and add the capsicum and paneer for 1 to 1.5 mins from one side both sides it will take 3 mins in medium flame.

In other pan Heat 3 tsp of oil add two cardamom

Now add Cinnamon and fry for 10 seconds. Add chopped onion and fry the onion till gets transluent now add ginger garlic paste and fry till the onion gets light brown in colour.

Now add tomato puree add red chilli powder

Add salt according to taste now Coriander powder, turmeric powder now fry it very well.

Now add red food colour... Now add the marination of the paneer tikka into the pan and fry it very well.

Add chopped Coriander, roughly chopped green chilli

Now add fried paneer and Capsicum now add 1/2 cup of water and fry for 5 minutes

Now add Garam Masala Powder and cook for 1 minute and it's ready to serve at any party
