Ingredients

Makes 1 litre approx
  • 750 gdrained chickpeas (tinned)
  • 125 gwhite onion (finely diced)
  • 2-3 clovesgarlic (crushed and puréed)
  • 10 gpaprika
  • 187 gTahini paste
  • Olive oil to adjust consistency
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Salt, white pepper

Steps

    Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor and drizzle in the olive oil a little at a time. Until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and white pepper, plus more lemon juice if needed.
