1 cupChopped vegetables (onions, tomatoes, cucumber)
As RequiredChopped mint and coriander leaves to garnish
1/4 cupBaked kidney beans (tinned)
Mexican Burrito Bowl / Mexican Rice Bowl
1 cupGrated cheese
1 tablespoonLemon juice
As Per TasteSalt, cumin powder, Black pepper

First, mix all the vegetables and spices. Mix in the kidney beans. Mix lemon juice and toss well.

Then arrange nachos on a platter. Give a layer of vegetables. Again top with nachos. Drizzle mayonnaise sauce and tomato sauce on top.

Garnish with chopped mint and coriander leaves. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Your tummy Nacho chaat is ready! Enjoy!!
