Ingredients

55-60 minutes
8 servings
  • 4Eggs
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupsmilk (any)
  • 6 TablespoonsMelted butter
  • 2 teaspoonsVanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2All-purpose flour
  • 1 cupsweetened shredded coconut

Steps

55-60 minutes
  1. 1

    Add everything into a blender except the coconut

  2. 2

    Blend on low about 2-3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the coconut

  4. 4

    Blend one or two quick bumps

  5. 5

    Pour in a 9.5 pie pan
    Spray with any oil 1st

  6. 6

    Bake on 350° f
    55-60 minutes

  7. 7

    Remove, let it cool
    Serve warm or refrigerate for later
    your taste your choice

  8. 8

    Enjoy
