Masala papad is a popular Punjabi starter.Urad dal papad is roaster or fried and topped it with vegetables and spices.This is a very good choice to start your party.Very tasty and tangy.Crunchy and full of flavours.Healthy option for your choti si shaam wali bhookh or evening snack.I have made it more tastier by adding ripe mango and watermelon pieces.My son loves it a lot.

Steps

Cut papad into 4 parts.Wet a papad and then cut in round shape with the help of cookie cutter,or in triangular shape.

Grease all papad pieces with oil.Heat a tawa or pan,roast it by pressing it with the help of a steel bowl or potato masher on both sides.Keep it aside.

Mix salt,oregano, chilli flakes and potato pieces.Now mix all the fruits and vegetables. Add lemon juice and mix.

Just before serving,place all papad pieces in a plate,sprinkle chaat masala,salt and red chilli powder on it. Put fruit and vegetable mixture on them.Again sprinkle chaat masala and oregano.

Your yummy masala papad is ready to serve.
