Chicken ko cubes me cut kar lain pressure cooker me salt, 1 tspn dry dhania powder,1 glass pani me dal kar 10 mnt k lye cook karain.

Dal ko 30 mnt k lye soak kar lain.

10 mint k baad jab yakhni nikal aye tu dal, spices, onion ginger, garlic, chilli paste or 2 se 2 1/2 glass pani dal kar cook karain. Jab boil a jai tu 10 mnt k lye pressure laga dain.

Pressure kholne k bd agar pani ho tu tez anch kar k pani ko dry kar lain. Potato masher k sath achi tra dal or chicken ko mash kar lain.

Jab material thanda ho jai tu black pepper, garam masala powder, fresh dhania or podina dal kar shami ki shape de dain. Freeze kar lain.jab fry krne hain tu 1 egg ko beat karain or egg s coat kar k oil me fry kar lain.

Zabardst and yummy shami kebabs are ready.Serve with ketchup or podina chutney.
