Heat the ghee in a nonstick pan. Now add the besan mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 15 min. While stirring continuously.

Switch off the gas and keep stirring for 1 more min. Transfer the mixture to a plate and keep aside to cool for 1 hour or till the mixture cool down completely.

Add the sugar powder and mix it well in between your palms till it gets a crumbly texture.

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ladoo.

Ladoo is ready. Store in an air-tight container.
