Steps

Soak sabudana the whole night. Next day wash properly and drain the water and grind it.

Then add urad dal, and rice. Again grind it into a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl. The batter should be of thick consistency. Just like dosa batter.

Now add salt to the batter. Mix. well, now the batter is ready. Heat non-stick pan. Pour a spoonful of batter. Spread evenly.

Cook both sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate.

Ready to serve.
hot...Sabudana Dosa with Coconut Chutney.
