Soak the rice for half an hour and then roasted it in ghee after draining the water.

Then grind it coarsely in a mixer jar.

Pressure cook the rice with 1 glass of milk till 1 whistle.

Then open the cooker and add the remaining milk, sugar, and elaichi and cook it till it becomes thick.

Then add makhana powder and custard powder and mix. Stir continuously for some time.

Then add roasted dry fruits and mix them.

Cook it till the consistency become thick.

Serve warm or chilled as you like. Enjoy
