In a bowl, mix all the spices together. Season the turkey on both sides and coat with the melted butter.

Marinate the turkey in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Let it come to room temperature for 1 hour before roasting.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (178°C). Roast for about 1 1/2 hours, or until golden brown. The internal temperature of the turkey should reach at least 165°F (74°C).

Let the turkey rest for about 10 minutes before slicing, so the juices stay in the roasted breast.
