Flatbread panini with turkey and cheddar

Make the flatbread -- put 1/2 the cheese down on one side of the multigrain round, place turkey on top, and the rest of the cheese on top of the turkey.

Fold the flatbread over to cover the turkey and cheese. Place the flatbread in either the oven (220c, 10min) or on a panini maker or George Foreman table top grill. Cook until the outside is brown and the cheese has melted

Flatbread is ready! I love to eat this with veggies either in the flatbread itself on the outside. This version goes well with spinach, red peppers, or avocados.
