Ingredients

1Japanese persimmon (cut into 8pieces and remove seed)
8sliced pork (approx.130g)
15 ccoyster source
30 ccwhite wine
approx. doses of salt, pepper and oil

Steps

①wrap 1/8 Japanese persimmon with sliced pork

②cook ① using oiled pan with taking careful not to let sliced pork loosen
3

③sprinkle a smidgen of salt and a hint of pepper
4

④mix oyster source and white wine
5

⑤add ④ into ③ and smother over low heat ※cook pork with sufficient heating
