Ingredients

  • 1Japanese persimmon (cut into 8pieces and remove seed)
  • 8sliced pork (approx.130g)
  • 15 ccoyster source
  • 30 ccwhite wine
  • approx. doses of salt, pepper and oil

Steps

  1. 1

    ①wrap 1/8 Japanese persimmon with sliced pork

  2. 2

    ②cook ① using oiled pan with taking careful not to let sliced pork loosen

  3. 3

    ③sprinkle a smidgen of salt and a hint of pepper

  4. 4

    ④mix oyster source and white wine

  5. 5

    ⑤add ④ into ③ and smother over low heat ※cook pork with sufficient heating
