3potato thin sliced
1 cupbesan
As Per Tastesalt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
4-5green chillies

Take a bowl add besan salt coriander powder and red chilli powder and make batter for pakore.

Now heat oil in a wok, dip potato slice and green chillies into pakore batter and drop into hot oil.

Fry all pakore into medium hot oil.

Serve with tomato sauce.
