  • 3/4 cupfrozen avocado chunks
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place frozen avocado chunks in microwave for 2 minutes. Add egg, vanilla & salt. Mash & mix.

    Place on a buttered skillet over medium heat. Cook to your liking & flip.
