First, take the boiled potatoes peel and mash them. take all the spices mentioned above add with potatoes and mix well.

Now add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and coriander leaves with potato. mix nicely. Take a small size portion from the potato mixture and make a cutlet in your desired shape. prepare all cutlets and keep them aside.

Take a kadhai or pan add oil heat it. meanwhile, in a bowl add corn flour and refined flour add a little salt and add little water mix them to make a slurry. take one cutlet dip it into a slurry and coated it with bread crumbs. shallow fry all the cutlets on medium to high flame

Fry the cutlets until they turn crisp and golden brown. Serve hot with sauce and green chutney
