Cooking Instructions

Add oil and meat in a wok. Cook until meat changes its like (it takes about 6- 8 mins)

Add ginger and garlic paste. Add water (1- 1/5 cup) and cover.
Let it cook until the meat is fully done. It will take 45 - 60 mins. - 3
Cut the tomatoes in half. Roughly chop the green chillies.

Add tomatoes, green chillies, salt and pepper. Amd cover for 5 mins.

Remove the skin of tomatoes.you can do this with the help of a tong. It will come off easily.

Cover for an other 5 - 8 mins. Until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.

Now remove the lid and increase the flame. Cook and keep stirring.

Cook until you get your desired consistency. Like how much masala/gravy you need.

You can garnish it with fresh Coriander amd ginger.
