Prepare all the ingredients for Paneer Bhurji. Finely chop the onion and tomatoes. Finely chop the green bell pepper as well. Crush or make a paste of the ginger, garlic, and green chili. Grate the paneer.
- 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Then add 1 tablespoon of the ginger-garlic-green chili paste.
- 3
Sauté the ginger-garlic-green chili mixture for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes and a little salt.
- 4
Cook until the tomatoes soften, then add the chopped green bell pepper.
- 5
Add the roasted gram flour (sattu) and sauté for 1 minute. Then add all the listed spices and sauté for another minute.
- 6
Add the butter and dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) to the spices, then add the grated paneer.
