Wash black Chana 3-4 times. Sock into water for 7-8 hrs. After that pressure cook it for 5-6 whistle by adding salt and water. When cool down drain water.

Take Chana in a bowl add chopped tomato, green chilli, pink salt, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, mix well. Garnish with some coriander and serve
