Wash both dals and rice properly. Sock it for 4-5 hrs in enough water. After that grind it to a smooth paste.

Add chopped onions, green chili, coriander, salt, turmeric, hing to above paste. By adding required water make sami thick better.

In a bowl take grated paneer, add in chaat masala and coriander to make topping.

Heat nonstick pan and add leddleful better. Make round chilla. When done one side turn it add some oil and cook both side pink in colour. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
