Take the gram flour and add water, and asafoetida then beat it properly to make medium consistent batter. slice the onion, Cut coriander, and green chili into pieces also.

Then take a wok and heat the oil then put the batter in a wok in small dumplings, and cook it till it becomes golden brown.

Then serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
