Hamburger Meat Ratio

Mitty @umitlion
Great fatty and flavorful hamburger meat ratio.
Short rib adds amazing fat and flavor, brisket provides strong beef flavor, 3rd cut can be interchangeable but needs to be lean to offset fat from short rib.

Hamburger Patties Hamburger Patties
I got the spices from my local butcher, who was selling them in limited quantity. Using those spices, I made a hamburger patty. It's super good!If you can get coarsely ground meat from your butcher, it's even more delicious! Be careful not to over-mix or over-cook! When flipping the burgers, be sure not to press down on them! The patties are pretty juicy and the juice will come out. Make sure you use fresh panko. Recipe by Uniikura cookpad.japan -
Direct From a Former Steak Chef: The Golden Ratio for Hamburger Steak Direct From a Former Steak Chef: The Golden Ratio for Hamburger Steak
After making hamburgers many, many times, this is the golden ratio I finally achieved on the 100th attempt! I'm not at all ashamed of this, as a former professional chef! I've invested a lot of money in this recipe! I used to make tons of hamburger steaks at work, but the key here is that you can make this with regular home cooking ingredients you already have!If you use regular salt instead of seasoned salt, use a little less.If you want to see the juices flooding out of the burgers, please rest the formed hamburgers in the refrigerator before cooking them! When pan frying the burgers, start by browning both sides over high-medium heat! Once you turn them over, turn the heat down to low for both sides. Recipe by Silvy1978 cookpad.japan -
Ultimate Hamburger Ultimate Hamburger
Ever wonder why they call it a hamburger when it's made with ground beef. Well not this one, we are talking ground pork all the way. Consider it a salute to HAM-burgers. Grill-Master -
Hamburger Meat with Grated Sweet Onions Hamburger Meat with Grated Sweet Onions
I was inspired by the traditional grated daikon radish garnish on hamburger patties and thought fresh onions could also work. The recipe calls for sweet onions, but ordinary onions are fine. I topped my hamburger with freshly chopped mint since I didn't have any basil on hand. You could also garnish it with different herbs, but I recommend my favorite and easiest garnish, sliced onions. Hamburger Buns Hamburger Buns
I made a lot of hamburger steaks, so the next day, I decided to make hamburgers. If you want have a nice, round shape, you can use a circular mold for English muffins (9 cm diameter, 2.5 cm high). If making them by hand, cut thick paper into a cylinder, connect the ends with a stapler, and wrap the entire surface with aluminum foil. (For buns, make it about 10 cm diameter.) Recipe by DUFFYchan cookpad.japan -
Simple, Tender Everyday Hamburger Patties Simple, Tender Everyday Hamburger Patties
I just adjusted the flavor, little by little, to my family's preferences and this was what we ended up with! It's best to chill the meat, cooked onions, as well as the panko & milk mixture until they're cool enough to be mixed together. Prep up to Step 4 and when they are cool enough, mix in the egg and meat. It'll be cold, but you just have to bear it! It'll be worth it! For 4 servings. Recipe by michipapa cookpad.japan -

Meat Sauce and Hamburgers (Cooked Simultaneously!) Meat Sauce and Hamburgers (Cooked Simultaneously!)
It was a holiday and everyone in the family was at home, but I only had time to cook in the morning! Then I thought that if I made two dishes with the same ingredients and the same prep work and made them at the same time, I could make lunch and dinner both at once. They are both meat dishes, but if you feel like it you can use quite a lot more vegetables, and no one will complain! You can sauté the chopped onions and carrots if you want, but I didn't have time to let them cool down, so I use the onions uncooked and boiled the carrots.Adjust the ratio of ground meat and vegetables to your taste. You can use more meat, or more vegetables, but either way it will taste more or less the same in the end. Hamburger Stew Hamburger Stew
My sister in-law made this for the first time the other day and told me to try it. Please read full recipe here as I added some notes that I did to change the recipe some in case you want to make it the exact same way. Following the recipe as it’s originally written will still be very good though I just changed it to how me and my family would like it.Here’s the website it came from:https://www.saltandlavender.com/hamburger-stew/I doubled the potatoes and carrots and added peas and corn. Add or omit whatever vegetables you would like! Danielle Morse -
Hamburger buns Hamburger buns
Having been confined at home for several weeks, I'm craving for a good cheeseburger. Unfortunately, it is really hard to find ready-to-eat hamburger buns in supermarkets where I live, in Japan.Cooking time says 4 hours, but most of it is waiting! Just make sure you're getting started early enough to have your buns ready when it's time to assemble burgers.I found this recipe online and made a few adjustments before my first time baking:- converted all quantities to metric- adjusted for 4 buns- reduced sugarGiving credit where it's due, here's a link to the original: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/233652/homemade-hamburger-buns/ David -
Vegan Soy Meat Herb Hamburger Vegan Soy Meat Herb Hamburger
I've recently been trying out vegan recipes. While I was picking herbs, I started wondering how I could use them to make a hamburger steak. It depends on the type you buy from the store, but in any case, wring out the excess moisture thoroughly. If the mixture doesn't stick together while kneading, add in a little bit of flour. You can enjoy this with Japanese-style grated daikon radish sauce, demi-glace sauce etc.Recipe for Herbed Salt: ID: 2035561 Recipe by Harmony Forest cookpad.japan -
