  1. 15corn tortillas
  2. 4 slicesMonterey Jack cheese
  3. 1/2 cupoil (about 120 ml)
  4. Salt, to taste
  5. 2 cupsred sauce (about 1/2 liter)

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the corn tortillas into large triangles.

    Fry the tortilla pieces until they are crispy.

    Prepare your preferred red sauce and keep it warm to serve over the chips.
