Take the potatoes to paste in a big bowl.

Now add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, black salt, poha, and in the end corn starch. Mix it with potato paste properly.

Now make the shapes of the paste as per your choice. Now take some dry refined flour in one bowl and make the semi-thick slurry in another bowl.

Now first dip the raw cutlets in dry flour and then slurry and then put in roasted vermicelli powder and so on.

Keep them in freeze for 5-10 mins. Veg cutlets are ready and served with ketchup.
