  • 5 1/3 ozskinless salmon
  • 1 cupwhite rice, to taste
  • 2 cupsroasted vegetables
  • 1 teaspoonolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonherb seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 sheetaluminum foil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Place the 5 1/3 oz skinless salmon on aluminum foil, add a teaspoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and herb seasoning to taste.

    Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at approximately 300°F (150°C).

  3. 3

    Place on a plate and serve with vegetables and rice to taste.
