In a mixer grinder take Soaked rice 🍚, soaking of urad dal 2 tsp and grind.

Cover the batter for 10 min.After 10 minutes open the cover add salt to taste, add small packet of eno, add a little water and mix well.

Heat oil in a tawa,now add chopped vegetables (onion, Capsicum,tomatoes,chopped chilles

Now add salt per taste and cook for 1 - 2 minutes now add pav bhaji masala and cook for one minute now add chopped coriander and mix well

And make four parts of the mixture and pour the idli batter on it sprinkle a bit of Red Chilli power.I have also added chopped coriander on the batter

And cover for 3-4 minutes in medium flame. Now add oil on Idlis and flip the idlis and cook for one minute.

And serve hot.
