In a grinding jar, add rava and grind it into fine powder.

Add grinded rava into the mixing bowl, also add gram flour (besan), wheat flour, and salt. Mix well.

Add curd gradually and make smooth, medium - thick, and pouring consistency of the batter.

Cover and rest it for 15-20 minutes so the rava will puff up.

Heat a pan add oil then turmeric powder and mustard seed saute well.

Add onion, tomato, capsicum, mix well then add potato mix well.

Add chaat masala, salt red chilli powder, black salt, coriander leaves mix well. Masala stuffing is ready.

Then add a pinch of baking soda and lemon juice to it. Mix well.

Now heat a tawa, sprinkle water and wipe it with a cloth and cool down the temperature of the tawa.

Take 1.5 ladle of batter and spread it on tawa.

Apply oil on dosa and apply masala stuffing.

When dosa becomes crispy, fold it and serve hot with chutney.
