It reminds me my childhood.when I don't like lauki my mother sprinkle dry mint leaves over lauki ki sabzi and said lauki is a sunnah.and prophet Muhammad pbuh favourites too.slowly and gradually I love lauki too with sokahy podinay ki khushboo k sath.and it is love to follow sunnah❤.ab main bhe apny kids to yh he keh kar lauki khilti hain.❤❤😇.love you ammi🥰😘aur bht sari dishes main use krti hain.

Wash and dry leaves.pluck leaves 🍃put them on tray.

Leave them in room temperature over night.because it is rainy weather.it will take 1 to 2 days to dry leaves because of humidity in air. Otherwise it will be dried overnight..when leaves completely dry.put them on palm and rub from other palm to make a powder.store in an air tight jar.put it in pantry.

Enjoy dry mint rub over gravies,sprinkle on pulao before putting it on dum and sprinkle over fresh salad 🥗
