Kababs were integral part of Mughal cuisine. This recipe of kababs is very unique and delicious full of flavour. It is a stepwise recipe but worth trying you can make in party.
Steps

Mix in all the ingredients under kabab section and keep aside

Make stuffing by mashing boiled eggs with salt and black pepper and fresh coriander leaves chopped.

Make balls of keema and put 2 tsp of egg filling shape round or long and seal well.

Dip in egg yolk and Coat in Bread crumbs and fry to nice golden brown colour. Take out.

Make a mixture of onion, green chilli, yoghurt, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, cashewnuts in a mixer.

Heat oil, temper cumin seeds and fry this masala yoghurt till oil separates out
- 7
Now cut foil in 6/6inch square and put 1 kabab in it and pour 1tbsp of the fried gravy on it and seal and put in hot oven, bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15_20 mins
