Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmutton mince
  2. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1onion medium chopped
  6. 6Green chillies
  7. 2 tbspDhania and Pudina leaves chopped
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspjeera powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 2 tbspbread crumbs
  13. For stuffing
  14. 3hard boiled eggs(mashed)with salt black pepper and coriander leaves
  15. Bread crumbs as required
  16. For gravy
  17. 1/4 cupoil
  18. 1big Onion grated
  19. 1 tspzeera
  20. 1 tspsalt
  21. 1-2 tbspcashewnuts chopped
  22. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  23. 2Green chillies
  24. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  25. 1/2 cupdahi

    Mix in all the ingredients under kabab section and keep aside

    Make stuffing by mashing boiled eggs with salt and black pepper and fresh coriander leaves chopped.

  3. 3

    Make balls of keema and put 2 tsp of egg filling shape round or long and seal well.

  4. 4

    Dip in egg yolk and Coat in Bread crumbs and fry to nice golden brown colour. Take out.

    Make a mixture of onion, green chilli, yoghurt, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, cashewnuts in a mixer.

    Heat oil, temper cumin seeds and fry this masala yoghurt till oil separates out

    Now cut foil in 6/6inch square and put 1 kabab in it and pour 1tbsp of the fried gravy on it and seal and put in hot oven, bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15_20 mins
