Egg dosa is South Indian street-style recipe. Egg dosa is easy to make, rich in protein, and a wholesome and delicious breakfast. It can be rolled and packed in kids' lunch boxes too. It can be paired with chicken/mutton curry for dinner.

Variations can be made by adding chopped onion, chili, tomato, and coriander.

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

In a bowl break an egg, and add salt and pepper powder. Beat it with a fork and keep it aside.

  2. 2

Pour a ladle of dosa batter on hot Tawa. After 30 seconds, spread half of the egg mixture on the dosa. Drizzle with oil and cook until the dosa is cooked and crispy. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.

  3. 3

Remove the Egg dosa and prepare another dosa similarly. I have used 1 egg to make 2 dosa. You can use 1 egg per dosa.

  4. 4

Serve warm and crispy Egg dosa with onion-tomato chutney or any non-veg curry.
