Steps

Wash the poha. Wash the peas.

Heat a kadai, add oil, crackle the mustard seeds. Add the chili and curry leaves.

Add the onions, saute till golden brown, now add the green peas, carrots and potatoes. Cover and cook till tender.

Add the turmeric powder and salt. Mix well. Add the poha and give a nice mix. Add sugar. Mix well.

Once ready, serve in a bowl, garnish it with Mangalorian mixture and lemon.
