Beans & Eggs
Steps

Prep ingredients; beans & brown onion. See pic below. Finely chop chillies, if using.

Sauté onion and chillies until translucent. Stir in beans. Mix well until beans turn bright green. Push beans to the side of your wok or pan, add eggs. Leave to slightly set.

Next, scramble the eggs. While still slightly wet, mix wet scrambles with the rest of the ingredients. Season with chicken seasoning powder or chicken bouillon, 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp of sugar, white pepper powder (if using) and a tsp of sesame oil, you can skip if u do not have it. But, when it comes to most chinese stir fry especially most veggies, it's good to add dashes of sesame oil before removing stir fry from the heat. So, sesame oil is one of our pantry's must haves.

Adjust seasonings accordingly. Remove from the heat immediately and serve. See other linked recipes for beans.
