Hara-bhara kebab
This is hara bhara kebab with extra garnished.
Steps

Peel boiled potatoes and smash them together with boiled green peas. Also add bread crums into it.

Now add salt, finely Chopped green chilies and coriander, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder and mix well.

Make small size balls from the hara bhara kebab mixture and dip into 4 tablespoon of cornflour.

Make sure that oil is hot enough for deep frying hara bhara kebabs and start deep frying.

Now place those fried kebabs on black or whichever dish you like.
Finally, garnish with grated carrots, single sliced onions and cashews as shown in the image.
Now serve with tomato ketchup.
