1 tspchilli flakes
1 tbspcornflour

Cut the potato into French fries shape Boil water put the fries in water for 2 mins. Strain it and put it in cold water.

After it is on the kitchen towel pat it dry. After 1 hour coat the potato strip with cornflour. Remove the excess. Now deep fry in oil

After frying sprinkle salt, chili flakes, and oregano. Serve with sauce
