Soya chunks along with potatoes have been used in the make of the cutlets.
Have paired with cucumber slices for a complete healthy lunch.

Steps

Boil soya chunks with little salt, cool it and squeeze water from chunks, squeeze as much as possible.

Marinade boiled soya chunks with chat masala + garam masala powder + salt + red chilli powder and keep in rest for 20 - 25 minutes.

Mash boiled potatoes, add ginger + green chilli + salt + corn flour + garam masala + chat masala and mix nicely.

Add marinaded soya chunks to potato mixture and mix well.

Take medium size mixture and Now give shape of cutlets / patties.

Spread bread crumbs on a plate, coat the cutlets very nicely from all sides. Shallow / Deep fry till golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side too.

Cutlets / patties are ready to go to lunch box.

Pair them with cucumber slices.
