Steps

Take a pan add oil and mutton. Cook on high flame till change colour of meat.

Add onion, garlic and cook till onion become golden brown

Add salt and black pepper and tomato puree and cook till oil bengan to separate. Add water and cook till done

Add red wine and cook for 5 min on medium flame

Serve hot with bread.
