First heat oil in pan to deep fry vegetable egg. Now, Smash boiled potatoes with bread crums and salt as per taste. Also smash paneer cubes and add turmeric to make it yellowish.

Make the boiled potatoes mixture into tikki form and fill the paneer mixture inside it. Now form it into egg shape. dip into cornflour and now deep fry the vegetable egg.

After it turns brown, place it on a dish and keep aside.
Now add 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and heat to prepare curry. - 4
Once the oil is heated, add jeera, chopped onions and tomatoes and roast them until turns slight brown.
Now add ginger-garlic paste, salt as per taste, turmeric, red chili powder, curd and roast until it smells like cooked. - 5
Keep the cooked curry ingredients for 5-10 mins to cool and now grind it. Now cover the curry with lid and keep for 10 mins steam.

Now slice the fried vegetable egg into 2 pieces. Place the curry on a dish and add those 2 sliced vegetable egg on curry. It should look like sliced boiled eggs.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
