Washed meethi and cut it finally chopped

Take a pan pour oil in it add methi and mix it well. When methi turns crispy add potatoes in it. Mix it well

Add salt and red chilli powder and turmeric powder and coriander powder in it.mix it well

Cover it and cooked for 10 minute in low flame. Add tomatoes in it mix it well.

Cooked 5 minutes. When tomato and potatoes gets soft turn off flame and serve with roti.
