Ingredients

  1. 1 box (16 ounce)linguine, broken in half
  2. Olive oil
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 15 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1/8 teaspooncrushed red pepper
  7. 2 cans (14.5 ounce)low sodium chicken broth
  8. 1 tablespoonparsley flakes
  9. 2 cupsheavy cream
  10. Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Heat some olive oil in a large pot…….

    Sauté your onion and garlic until onion is slightly tender, then add in your black pepper and crushed red pepper, sauté for several more minutes…….

    Add to pot your chicken broth and linguine, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally…….Lower heat and cover, stirring occasionally……

    Add your parsley flakes and continue to cook linguine until tender, about 10 minutes, covered, then add in your heavy cream and cook on low heat until heavy cream is fully warmed……

    Remove pot from heat and serve immediately topped with Parmesan cheese and enjoy 😉!!!! If linguine gets too thick you can thin it out by adding a bit of whole milk, then stir gently and enjoy 😉!!
