Cut the bread slices into 1-inch pieces and reserve.

Large wok or pan heat oil. Once the oil is shimmering hot add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Lower the heat and add hing, turmeric, curry leaves, and green chilies. Give a quick stir.
Add diced onion and salt. Mix well and cook covered on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until the onions become soft and translucent then add chopped tomato and cook until the tomato becomes soft.

Now add tomato ketchup, Add cubed bread, and sugar. Mix well. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of water and cook covered on low heat for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.
