First boil, peel, and mash potatoes. Take potatoes and wheat flour in a bowl.

Now add chopped green chili, red chilly powder, dhaniya-jeera powder, salt, ghee, and fresh coriander, and try to knead the dough. I want to add some water and knead the semi-soft dough. Cover it and rest it.

Now make equal-sized balls from the dough. Sprinkle some dry flour and roll it on the rolling pin. Heat tava add some oil Or ghee and roast the roti pink in color. Flip it apply some ghee and roast that side also. Similarly, prepare all roti. Serve it with green chutney and ketchup. Enjoy😊.
